Creativity in the Common Core Classroom is committed to using creativity to spark enthusiasm within the Common Core classroom. With the adoption of the Common Core State Standards, school districts across the nation are scrambling to make sure what is being taught is meeting the new expectations in the areas of reading, math, writing, and other subjects.
However, what seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle from these new demands is teacher creativity. Time that was once spent connecting with students has been replaced with more content.
